Terms of service

1. Ordering -

1.1 Age Restriction - by placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to cancel any orders where we are unsure of this.

1.2 Order Confirmation - you are deemed to have placed an order with us only when payment has been accepted by us. We will send you an order acknowledgement to confirm your order and acceptance of valid payment.

1.3 Minimum purchase - our minimum purchase online is 4 bottles; the minimum purchase does not apply to our merchandise and draught ciders.

1.4 We may refuse to accept an order:

1. where goods are not available;
2. where we cannot obtain authorisation of your payment;
3. where there is insufficient identification provided;
4. if there has been a pricing or product description error.

2.0 Delivery -

2.1 You will be required to sign for the parcel and may be asked to show identification. If no one is available when the package is delivered, our courier will leave contact details. It will then be your responsibility to re-arrange delivery or collect the parcel from their depot.

2.2 Delivery is normally within 7 working days of order placement to UK mainland addresses. We aim to dispatch within 24–48 hours for products that are in stock.

2.3 Free delivery is available on orders over £70.

2.4 For deliveries to remote UK areas (e.g. Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland), we will contact you to arrange any additional shipping fees due to increased courier costs. If you’re unsure whether your location qualifies, please contact us before placing your order.

2.5 The Cotswold Cider Company Ltd accepts no responsibility for failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control.

3.0 Pricing -

3.1 All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling inclusive of V.A.T at the current rate. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

4.0 Returns -

4.1 We will provide a full refund or replacement for any ciders, or merchandise damaged in transit subject to confirmation of damage.

4.2 Where a product is deemed faulty we will offer a full refund or replacement at the earliest convenience. We may require faulty products to be returned to us.

5.0 Cancellations and complaints -

5.1 You may cancel your order at any time up to 14 working days after delivery by contacting us. Should you decide to cancel, all charges will be fully refunded as soon as the goods are returned in merchantable condition.

5.2 In the event of a complaint please contact us giving as much detail as possible. All complaints will be acknowledged within 2 working days and you should expect full resolution within 5 working days.

We hold your personal details on a secure database and only allow access to those individuals who take your order. By ordering online you give us your consent to use your personal details for processing your order and payment, market research, and fraud detection. We will not sell, distribute or release your personal information to any third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law.
